Hi Dynaudiorules, I'm really interested in trying this out but I'm a total Linux newb I'm not 100% clear about what I'm supposed to do. What I have done is opened WinScp, logged in, navigated to the proper file and installed the 5 yellow highlighted lines of code, and rebooted the Touch.

No overlap. 1) I took a look at Soundchecks mods to see exactly what they were doing before I decided to implement these mods. 2) This command [ps -eLo pid,cls,rtprio,pri,nice,cmd | grep -i "irq"] will tell you exactly what priorities the audio threads etc. are at, none were affected with Soundc

I once played around with some tone control using sox. I am using Linux and have FLACs only. So if you use something else you might have to adapt to your system. In /etc/squeezeboxserver/ I created a file custom-convert.conf with an entry for flac to flac recoding using sox with some options to ch

Thanks for the review, I didn't read this one before, but I know it's functionality. I probably would use more functions than lift the lower midband with the Behringer, so it wouldn't be overkill. I'd rather do it with software if it is quite easy to do. -- Bert003 -
