I recently installed Fidelizer on my Win7 server PC (LMS installed) and
I hear a definite improvement in SQ. I am thinking that this should not
be the case as the SBT buffers incoming data. One assumes that the data
itself is not affected by Fidelizer. So what's going on?
Please note: I am not

Hi Triode,
I want to give my impressions about EDO for = 96kHz playback. My SBT
feeds my EA OffRamp via USB which then goes into my DAC via S/PDIF. IMO,
the improvement in doing things this way

= Benchmark.. There are problems here that will not
make this feasible. I2S does not travel any amount of distance well; it
will be worse than S/PDIF to your DAC.

would improve sound quality and that they are inexpensive.
Arent you curious to see whether up-spec clocks would improve things
further for the few extra pennies it would cost? I assume it would
not be difficult to do.

not really willing
to support this.
How does anyone maintain control of any piece of downloadable software?
I see your problem. I also see the irony of trying to lock-up something
built on LINUX.
Best wishes.

make a difference unter 7.6. In my system, it does, quite
clearly.
Do you agree that 7.6 sounds better and bridges the gap between
ttvol100 enabled/disabled? (This was my experience.)

All, I am on-board with SBT. I have TT2 implemented + linear power
supplies (1 for SBT 1 for network switch). So far, very impressed.
Just a network glitch to sort out.
Thanks to Klaus John Swenson.
