Update: I just found a cool little box by hifidiy (http://us.hifidiy.net/Article.asp?articleid=180# )that converts USB to SPDIF. Apparently there is some art to this. Connecting my PC through this box to the CEC DAC sounds much better than using the USB input to the same DAC. -- Bob Bressler
