Because of these difficulties with recoding, I was wondering if it was
possible to implement sending the pre-emphasis flag (with the flag set
in the cue-sheet). A lot of SB users are using an external DAC, who can
benefit from this feature.

EAC adds a 'FLAGS PRE' line in the cue-sheet, I don't know if the FLAC
format has the capability for pre-emphasis.

That would spare me a lot of trouble to reencode my CD's (with possible
degration in quality: dithering in mastering studio's is different than
my dithering)
