The Duet needs 9 volt in, not 5. Hmmm... Anybody know how to change
the HB5-3 to 9 volt?
I believe when I checked, the voltage coming off the transformer is 9
volts.

The transformer's output is AC, measure the DC voltage after the diode
bridge.
