Thanks a lot for your reply. Does that mean I don't need to switch off
the SB receivers? Are you sure that when I don't broadcast any audio
the speakers will turn themselfs off?
Do you mind giving me more specifications about your speakers? Size,
power?

Most of the self powered speakers that I've looked at, and two pairs
that I own, turn themselves off when there is no signal.
