[aur-general] dropping vim-nerdtree from community

for anyone interested in maintaining it in the aur, it's free to adopt I'm using vundle to manage my vim extensions so I have no need to package vim plugins anymore. Also, nerdtree 4.2.0 just came out so if someone adopts it, it will need a minor update. Cheers!
