Actually this is not compatible with Arch Linux, because it is for elogind
instead of systemd.
It is not even buildable on Arch Linux, because it needs elogind to be
installed, which conflicts with systemd.
(Also on AUR, only the unmaintained elogind-git exists, which is even broken in
its
MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for dbus-xdg [2]:

With wrong provides (e.g. subpackage dbus-xdg-docs declares it
provides and conflicts with 'dbus').
Please delete this package. Users should use dbus from their own
distro's repo.
