Down at Bunyan (Canberra GC) we deal with ATC quite regularly in wave season. We can negotiate a good "block clearance" arrangement up to FL200 but to get into the serious stuff above that requires a bit of conversation with Melbourne at the time. They are invariable helpful and accommodating, and
