If you don't mind shipping from the US, Aircraft Spruce (www.aircraftspruce.com) claim to have "Uncertified Light 1.7 oz" as part number 09-0092. This does open the question, are gliders "certified?" Also Wicks (www.wicksaircraft.com) have it as CEC-17 but don't say anything about uncertified. I
