Hmm me thinks that being a IFR aircraft with no one inside, it may hinder
the see and avoid principle from the UAV's end
Maybee VFR aircraft in the area can look outside and see and avoid too.

We are having trouble with these UAV's complying with the "see and
avoid" principle in G and E airspace.
They are wanting to fly them at Kingaroy still after we thought they had
backed off and gone to Sale. At the last meeting on the 22nd of this
month, the UAV lobby group wanted the Danger Ar

Well, I do. I already have a PPL. All the GFA exemptions are
worthless to anyone with a PPL or higher as that person already
complies with all the requirements. The G

For those of you/us that may be planning a trip to Burketown this year for the Morning Glory it will be worth knowing that there are planned to be trials of UAV's through the area at that time, september/october. If you contact your RAPAC member nearer the time they may have further details. Look

Hi Mal
At the last SAGA meeting I volunteered to act as a co-ordinator for a
SAGA display on behalf of all Adelaide clubs for this event at

other than my own: AUGC.
I will contact SQNLDR Deering and see what I can arrange.

Mike,
Please be careful with regard to a NAA recognised license (Do we really want
one), Australia has a lodged exception with ICAO with regard to gliding
licenses currently.

license. This may remove some of the beurocra
Guys,
I only wish to give my personal opinion after spending time with some very
fastidious packers within the APF.(These guys take terminal velocity very
serious)

repacked every season prior to flight, one bad band
