I know this has been a long running issue and I am a latecomer.
I have negotiated to buy a new Pawnee Kit and build it under SAAA rules with
whichever engine is desired. CASA has, as I understand, indicated they will not
issue flying permits for further old certified Pawnees with V8 conversions
