Trying to get support from TPP Wholesale and speak to a 3rd level that could
solve my problem in minutes is now taking days to even speak to someone.
This waiting for call backs, took way too long for the lower levels to even
understand the problem.

Hi Guys,
I have tried multiple times to contact AAPT regarding becoming a wholesale
partner.
Multiple emails and web form submissions over the last few months has yielded
not one phone call or email from them.
Does anyone have a contact that help me out?

Shonky operators are the scourge of the industry.

Email from a company that has our clients domain name under their TPP wholesale
account.
Is this reasonable/legal or standard now.
We provided them with the domain auth key and have written authority from the
client, also I believe they have since changed the registrant email address.
