Just a point of clarification and pedantry in regard to saying "Multicast
addresses like 1.1.1.1 and 9.9.9.9 won't help with that"
Those services and their respective IP addresses are properly known as
"anycast" addresses - not multicast. The difference being is that the
prefixes associated with
Cloudflare, too: https://www.cloudflare.com/network/
1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
