Nope backorder tracking is turned off...but I am suspecting it could be this as it is only Delivery ntoe and invoice that have the problem and it is only tehse that have the back order trakcing option... Although I cannot explain why girish yours seems to be working fine...what SP are you running?

Thanks girish, You set the qty to zero in the psosting screen is it? Or on actual sales line/deliver now? Just want to check because I tried 2 different std system and they both still show for delivery notes and invoices Mmm just had a thought is it maybe something to do with selecting to see

Hi James, yes i have tried that too. Infact when there was a requirement from a client that they needed to post the invoice by delivery note then i that case all i did was the lines which were not to be posted i updated the qty to zero and these lines were neglected. So i am not sure why this i
