Thanks Anders. But does that mean we can not use these working times for INDIAN production scenario? where you have time intervals as 07:00AM to 03:00PM, 03:00PM to 11:00PM and 11:00PM to 07:00AM(next day). If NO then can we customize these working times? Its a critical requirement

You will have create the third shift as next day. 12:00 = 11.59 is what the first day , Rest is considered nextday. You can have your next or previous days postings work for you as required in SFC ... not when you create your shift calendars. Thanks Raj On Thu, Apr 10, 2008 at 1:52 AM, Tushar
