Hi Pankaj,
The MS communicator indicator will be active if the OCS client at host machine
is running. You need to start the client and will be able to see the indicator.
Also I hope you have setup the SIP to AD alias.

Have anyone come across a exchange rate adjustment reversal entry in the Vendor
transactions that have no voucher number? Thus, there is also no GL entries,
causing the GL vs AP not to balance.
