If you access that PC through mstsc(RemortDesktop)and all user used same IP
address but with their own userID,Password,then your problem might be resolve.

check your Account Dimension from GL--> COA.
If in Tab"Dimension", Group "Mandatory Dimension" all field are "Fixed" then
only that fixed dimension will come,you can't see your given dimension.
Other wise you make it "Optional"and then re-do the operation..
