[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] SalesCreateOrder lookup on CustAccount

In the forms salesCreateOrder and purchCreateOrder the lookup on Custaccount / vendaccount opens automatically. With some users these auto-lookups collide. When they click the lookup button the lookup stays open. Any ideas?

We have setup database log (insert and update) for some tables in an environment with 5 aos instances. Sometimes we are missing entries (insert as well as update) in the table sysdatabaselog. It looks like being a problem of aos. Any ideas?
