actually the process is working but it is not sending the file to the outbound folder.

i have followed all the steps but its still not working & in queue manager form i am seeing that the channels field is empty.it means it is not picking up the channel but referng to document all steps are complete. channel id,name,adapter,directions,addresses are all defined but still not worki
