Please, verify if the .NET Business conector user account is a Dynamics AX
user administrator and have a privilege to log in as service in the server.
Verify too if the configuration utility of the business connector is
configured to the correct application.

When i install Sharepoint from sharepoint setup i get following error.package

I have faced the same problem earlier. you can try .Net Framework 3.0 instead
of .Net Framework 3.5
which is may be the point of origin of your problem.
