sequence shall be in Auto enable.IM-->setup-->numbersequence-->itemnuber-->On
number,right click and go to main table---> general tab-->Enable Auto
After this u try to create a P.O and start registration..and check

I created a purchase Order and on inventory tab , I choose registration.
On registration Form I selected on line for 100 qty and at bottom
