I am struggling with Create alert rule. I am working from remote desktop. I
want to get the alert mail to my outlook account when the created alert rule
event occurs.
I have given the Email parameters from administrator\setup\Email parameter

Here it looks like the assert() method called for checking the access
permissions is being called multiple times. Try using
CodeAccess::revertAssert() after completing each assertion.
This code is related to permissions checking and is a part of security
framework incorporated in 4.0.
