hi i'd like to thank you all for your helpfull assistance, I have checked the event viewr as you told me, and discovered that the ODBC for the AOS is not exist, so i have created a new one , and making the AOS configuration using it... thank you again

Hi, I think it is very likely either your logon-account or login password is wrong. Go to the AOS Server manager i the Control Panel. Go to the SQL Server pane. My suggestion is that either the Database User id or the password is wrong. Best Regards Lars --- In
