Hi Steeve, We have implemented both AX CRM and MS CRM linked to AX. There is one key advantage of MS CRM, and that is you can use it disconnected. So, Sales folks can place orders remotely, not connected to the system. Also, MS CRM is prettier, and works better with Outlook/Exchange.
