License code is present there for Morphx developmentsuite.
Well AOT is now available...there was some problem in the database itself..I restored it and now its working .

Yes ..I have the admin rights on both the machines a

In the lower right right corner in the licence box the message
displayed is
Navision Axapta is Locenced to :
Navision a/s
so i think there is no problem in the license .
I carried out all the check list and reopened Axapta still can't
access AOT.
