Please check that hotfix 913184 is installed in AOS
If it is not there install it
I solved similar problem by installing this hotfix

I got this from Justin Biggs on the MBS Newsgroups. He described a
similar problem to what you describe so it would be worth checking.
"make sure that the Hotfix 913184 for Microsoft Windows 2003 SP1 has
been installed. I had the same problem and this took care of it.
