Hi Brandon,     What I got was no strange results, the results makes sense.  When I round at "0.02", that means my number is going to be rounded at 0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06 or 0.08.  Depends on what my number is.  Example:   4.526 will be rounded to 4.52 because 4.526 is closer to 4.5
