installed there are two directories under bin/ directory called
'mtom_caching_callback' and 'mtom_sending_callback'. Those
directories contains some libraries.

there are some minor issue in source pack also , (at least they don't deserve

1. tools/tcpmon/test/unit/results have a test failure result even
before I compile the source
2. tools/md5/test/unit directory doesn't have anything in it. Why it is

Since we are planning to Axis2/C 1.3.1 Release soon , I think
it is time to call for code. Please refrain from doing major
changes and adding new features to the svn head, until we do the
release.
