Yep, $(prefix)/bin/tools/wsdl2c is enough I think.

I tried Windows binary. Looks good. But in docs folder, there is a file
called tcp_doc which contains documentation for the TCPMon tool. I think the
content of htis file should go into Manual and remove this file.

I didn't check the RC1. But check the current SVN HEAD. We have problem in
configuration script. Now guththila is default parser, but configuration
script fails when checking for LibXML if user didn't have libxml installed.
