Hi,
What's very interesting to me is that I haven't seen any emails from the
Axis2 team notifying developers that 1.4 will be released, or even vote
for it to be released.
Well I am not sure about the user list , but there was a discussion on
Axis2 dev lits. First one was initiated by me and

We did around 5 RC's before the actual release. And all RC's were made
