Thank You Anne for your reply. After this I tried out defining the array in the wsdl in the same way as axis is sending the response on wire and the web service worked with .NET But now axis generates wrong client stubs from the wsdl My java Class is -

Deployment problems with custom deserializers

in the wsdl the various functions that are visible are of the services file while when the message arrives at the server it just sends the raw xml data to my process which then parses it and decides which service to call. Can somebody help me in this regard?? Ankit
