My opinion is - 'Control Center' should be in 'Launcher' not in 'Session

Someone else suggested putting it in the Me Menu
This would solve both problems of not being close to Shut Down nor cluttering
up the Launcher

I agree with putting it in the Me Menu. We can't put everything only one
click away, since with all that you want to do on a daily basis, that would
make for a very cluttered environment. Frequently used apps should go in the
launcher, along with the places. Most other things should be left out.
