Does anyone have anything about these? Someone gave me the data. Yet I think
some of the names and dates are not vey accurate!
1. Manuel de Sousa Colaço (José de4, Manuel3, Manuel2, António1) was born on
Dec. 11, 1799 in Luz, Santa Cruz da Graciosa, Graciosa, Açores and died
Before 1868.
Are you sure that there is not something in the date of death field for
your family member?

It's not that it's in Portuguese. It's the script of the time period.
I was watching TV today, and something came up on George Washington. I did
a quick Internet search to find out more. Then I tripped across his
Interesting article on signatures. Is that one Grover Ross? At that time
there were two ways to write s and one looked like f but with the line only
going on the left side, and not through to the right. I think that's what
Washington did when he wrote his surname.
