On Terceira, Lajes' church is Sao Miguel Arcanjo. On Pico, Lajes' church is Santa Trindade. On Faial, Capelo has a Santissima Trindade. On Flores, in the council of Lajes, there's a Santissima Trindade in Mosteiro. Wy too much vinho! I'd check Pico (Lajes) first and then Terceira (Lajes).
