The family member or person taking the test is the name that you use. If you are the one managing the kit, you can do this: First name: Adam Last name: Silva (c/o Barb) (or contact is Barb or something like that). Then the matches will see: Adam Silva (c/o Barb). And 50 years from now, the admins

Dave, Please give more information. Your wife told me more. Velma Cotta married Joe Hughes in Reno, Nevada, in 1933 (I think she said 33). I guess they divorced. On the marriage application it said she was married before. And it had her age which makes her born about 1910. And they moved around a
