I did search for Manuels' Naturalizatio

My ggGrandfather Manuel J Vieira lived in Analy Township, Sonoma county
also. He can be found a few census sheets away from your Borbas on the
1900 census. His naturalzation paper work was filed in Sonoma County court
in 1898.
I spent a day in Santa Rosa at the Library History Center and
I found one Grandfather's naturalization info in San Bruno, CA.
I found the other Grandfather's info in Oakland, CA
