If I know the Freguesia, I usually search by that and read the names only
after a Freguesia match.

But, if you are looking for Francisco or another common name, it will drive
you crazy. Since you know he's from Mosteiros, look down the freguesia
column for everyone from Mosteiros and then across to see if it's your
Francisco.

Francisco da Silva born in Mosteiros, Sao Miguel and his birth was
registered in Ponta Delgado, I am not sure what year he left - i

There must be a typo in that URL. The correct URL that takes you directly
