I found it interesting it says SaN Miguel and not Sao Miguel. There
is a Loreto, San Miguel, Argentina.

There is a Loreto, Mexico and San Miguel could have been a Hotel back when that
picture was taken. It also says foto rapido which would be Mexican. Just a
thought. Loreto is a resort place in Mexico.

San Miguel is also correct for today's São Miguel, Açores because it was the
way it was written in the 1800's. There's also a place called Loreto in
Ponta Delgada. My aunt lived there for a few years.
