It's one of those things that you won't find on the Internet. Go to the Azores GenWeb and scroll down to where you find "The Immigrant" and "Naturalization." The USCIS keeps redesigning their pages. So the URL in the document may not be correct. For the current URL, google: uscis genealogy http://
