FredYes, it's Rodovalho, but it is sometimes written as Redovalho.I have this surname in Pico, but it's likely coming from Terceira.On Terceira, I have traced all by this name. And I have sometimes noticed it in Sao Miguel, but don't know whether it's an old name there or moved over from Terceira.
