There should have been several backups of other clients at 04:12, 05:00,
06:00, and 07:00 which have been skipped too.
How can I "unblock" ANY backup which is still in "fileListReceive" when
the connection is lost?

That is what I had missed...
All data showing beautifully now after a quick vi and "reload".
I had thought the Apache authorisation was separate from the CGI authorisation.
