properly . Till now I didn't get that exact point where i have to change it and

The location depends on where you installed backuppc. It will be in a
file named config.pl. There are some instructions here:

Did you set $Conf{CgiAdminUser} to some user in your main config.pl file
and also configure you web server so you can log in with that user
name? The name must be accep
