[BackupPC-users] converting a backup from inc to full

I have sent this to users once, I decided to send it to devel and users this time as i think it is a usefull feature I would like to be able to convert a backup from an incremental to a full. Im not sure if just changing the entry in the backups file from inc to full will work or not but i would l
