David, Por lo que veo, tu problema está en un llamado del script que se corre antes de ejecutarse el backup. No es un problema relacionado con bacula en si. Fijate en el script /home/.bacula/bacula_cli.py para corregirlo si es que lo configuraste tu y sino, elimina en el job en el bacula-dir.conf
