I agree with Martin. It's no a Bacula error, it's a MySQL problem
I'm pretty sure that your /tmp partition becomes full, specially if you
share both Bacula Spool Directory (are you using "SpoolData = yes"?) and
MySQL temporary filesystem (both of them in /tmp by default)

Maybe the partition use for spooling has not enough size
Note, not only the "data", but the "metadata" partition can return other
error:
Mysql example:
tmpdir = /tmp/ (default)
tmpdir = /var/tmp/mysql (in my case, for large backups)
In your case, be sure having >255Gb for that purpose

The catalog is 500Mo and the server is only backup server, 1.3Ghz PIII
with 256 Mb or RAM.
Do you think that this duration is normal or not ?
