Hi, has anyone scripts to enable ftp based backup? i.e. write to local file, put on ftp server, delete (and get from ftp server, read from local file)? or any hints how to implement something like that? Thanks for your help. Regards, Andreas

Hi, retention times are client specific, as far as I can see. however I have a client with two filesets and two backup jobs. the first runs nightly and needs to be kept for a month only, the other one runs monthly, but needs to be kept for months. can I somehow set the retention time for each

Hi, I only want bacula to read each tape to make sure the tape is ok. I don't need the tripwire style checks. which verify level will do this? with each backup checksums are written to the catalog (signature=MD5 flag on the Include line in the fileset). so I hope bacula can read the tape and
