correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you can
start with the current version of Bacula -- you do not have to go to
1.38.5 (and if you're going to install 1.38, you should at least use .11).

The server that Bacula resides on suffered a power outage and did not shutdown
gracefully.
Now I get this error
