and the source of mysql. Then, I follow the user's guide and bacula with
mysql works so fine.

Hi,
My backup work very but the problem is the wx console (win32), I don't
manage to restore my data, because the software have bugs. Where can I
have a wx console with no bugs
the version of wx console is 2.0.3.

The problem was the domain name of my client. Indeed, the configuration
file called bacula-dir.conf has a wrong address IP at the ressource
client.

Concerning the firewall, on ubuntu, I check iptables and there is no
rules and the policy is ACCEPT for the three chains : INPUT, OUTPUT and
FORWARD
I don't have a firewall on the 'windows 2000 server' client.

Hi, I am a rookie about setting up Bacula, I have a Ubuntu server, which
Bacula is installed and I have a windows 2000 server client. When I try
to connect to the server thanks to wx-console (win32), I have this
error : Fatal Error : unable to authenticate with File Deamon.
