You are using the Enterprise version of Bacula from the Bacula
Systems website because the community version does not have a
trial version (only the real thing) and also does not have BWeb
(but Baculum instead). I suggest that you contact Bacula Systems

For the jobs not available in job selection menu, you need to make sure:
1. BWeb is able to use bconsole. On the "Main ⇒ Configuration ⇒
Configure BWeb" page there is a button to test it.
2. You reloaded Director configuration after committing workset with
this job in BWeb.
